Bringing together the best of Silva’s headtorch technology and design, the Silva Trail Speed 5R Head Torch is the ultimate outdoor headlamp. The ‘R’ version is tailor made for runners with a lighter 2.0Ah battery.

2.0 Ah Battery
The Trail Speed 5R Head Torch is purpose-built for runners and therefore features the slim and lightweight 2.0 Ah rechargeable battery. Although smaller than other Silva battery packs, it still packs a punch, providing 10 hours of burn time on minimum mode, 6 hours on medium mode, and 3 hours on maximum mode. The battery also features a built-in low battery warning and reserve mode, which automatically adjusts the light to a setting that ensures you get back home safely with 30 minutes of guaranteed light.

2 Accessories
The Trail Speed 5R comes with two additional accessories, including:
– Battery Holder – to keep the battery in place and for improved comfort when carrying the battery on your headband.
– Cable Guide – to keep the cord in place on your headband.

Light Features
The headtorch is packed with light features. The headlamp comes with Silva Intelligent Light technology which delivers a unique combination of long reach spotlight with close flood lighting – allowing you to see obstacles that are both close and far. Meanwhile, the Silva Flow Light feature optimises your vision even further by providing seamless tuning of the light pattern by simply tilting the headlamp – allowing you to adjust your lighting while keeping your hands free.
